Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js to build modern, scalable, AI-enabled web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing intuitive user interfaces while integrating AI-powered capabilities such as conversational AI and AI agents into enterprise applications.

Beyond technical expertise, the candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable discussing architecture and solution approaches with stakeholders, and be able to evaluate technical trade-offs while recommending the most suitable solution for business needs.

Role and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance frontend components following industry best practices.
• Integrate AI services, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and conversational AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered workflows, chat interfaces, dashboards, and knowledge assistants.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, backend developers, AI engineers, and solution architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations based on scalability, security, maintainability, and cost considerations.
• Develop secure REST APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend microservices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers while promoting engineering best practices.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability.

Technical skills requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Frontend or Full Stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with modern frontend state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI component libraries.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with building AI Agents, Agentic AI workflows, or AI-powered business applications.
• Experience developing Conversational AI solutions using LLMs, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of integrating AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector search, and AI orchestration concepts.
• Experience deploying and hosting AI-enabled applications in production cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments using Docker and cloud platforms such as Azure.

Nice-to-have skills

• Functional experience in pharma domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related science field or equivalent.
