• Supply Chain Integration Support Analyst is a position within the corporate Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) SAP team and this position will be key to our Supply Chain Integration Technologies space

Responsibilities:

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software problems reported by users or monitoring tools, analyse error logs, tickets, and system behaviour
• Monitor incident queues, prioritise issues based on severity and business impact
• Provide clear and timely communication on issue status and resolution, create knowledge base articles, FAQs, and quick guides
• Monitor application availability, performance, and integrations
• Perform RCA, Post Mortem Analysis, Identify long-term fixes
• Ensure data handling follows company & regulatory guidelines, standard
