Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning Control Discrete Industries.

Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.

Experience in customizing and integrating SAP modules to align with business operations.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP environments.

Experience in SAP Production Engineering and Operations

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning Control Discrete Industries.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
