The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, focusing on delivering scalable and efficient software that enhances overall system performance. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience with component-based architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.

Familiarity with integration techniques and API consumption within Salesforce environments.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web components for performance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
