Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.

Strong knowledge of access control models and security frameworks within enterprise software environments.

Experience in configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security policies in cloud-based human capital management systems.

Ability to analyze security requirements and implement solutions that comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with integration techniques and troubleshooting security-related issues across multiple platforms.

Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure secure software deployment and maintenance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.


Qualification 15 years full time education
