Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with stakeholder expectations.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.

Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within complex enterprise environments.

In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications to support global trade processes.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
