Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Familiarity with modern software development practices such as version control and continuous integration.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in dynamic environments.

Experience working within agile teams to deliver iterative software improvements.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
