Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
