Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using modern development frameworks.

Ability to work within agile development environments and apply best practices for software engineering.

Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of applications to meet high standards of scalability and reliability.

Experience in integrating software solutions with various enterprise systems and databases.

Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
