Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in RSA Archer Platform Administration.

Experience in managing and configuring RSA Archer environments to support business processes.

Strong understanding of system integration and workflow automation within the RSA Archer platform.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues to maintain system stability.

Familiarity with security and compliance requirements related to RSA Archer implementations.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in RSA Archer Platform Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
