Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Experience with identity and access management concepts and lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement custom workflows and connectors within identity management platforms.

Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques to extend platform capabilities.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to identity governance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
