Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving system performance and functionality through iterative enhancements and collaboration.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.


    Professional & Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with system integration and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
