Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.

Experience in integrating custom solutions with existing utility management systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
