Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet specific business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA implementations.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
