Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.
Roles Responsibilities:

Should support operations and client communications.

Good knowledge in the functionality of ITIL process which includes Change management, Incident management, Problem management and Release management.

Should be proactive in communicating issues and blockers.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional Technical Skills:

Should have good communication skills.

Should have good attitude towards work.

Should be flexible on timings.

Should have 6+ years experience in design and development of .NET application and SQL Server.

Should have experience in Operations Support.

Should have strong debugging and problem-solving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
