Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with organizational goals and user expectations.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

Ability to design and implement custom workflows and applications within ServiceNow.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
