Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Ariba.

Strong experience in developing and customizing software solutions using SAP Ariba modules and tools.

Ability to integrate SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.

Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software components to enhance performance.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
