Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.

Experience in designing and developing custom applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within custom software solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow applications with external systems.

Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
