Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.

Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and backup and recovery strategies within SAP HANA environments.

Experience in managing database security, user roles, and authorizations to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Familiarity with database monitoring tools and automation scripts to optimize routine administrative tasks.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.


Qualification 15 years full time education
