Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.


Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.

Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy code to improve system performance.

Ability to design modular and maintainable code that supports long-term scalability.

Familiarity with database management and integration within custom software solutions.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software products.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
