Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific organizational requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
