Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript used in ServiceNow development.

Understanding of agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
