Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Document software development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions.

Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning of mainframe applications.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
