Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with email marketing automation and customer journey design within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong understanding of data integration techniques and API usage related to marketing platforms.

Ability to develop and customize marketing cloud components such as email templates, landing pages, and automation workflows.

Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages used in marketing cloud environments.

Knowledge of best practices for campaign management and data segmentation.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
