As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and stakeholders, ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements and quality standards. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to address challenges and deliver effective solutions, while continuously refining the application to align with evolving business needs and technical advancements.

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.


    Professional & Technical Skills:


    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
  • Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database design and integration using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
