As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

Experience with integrating SIEM solutions into complex software environments.

Strong understanding of security event analysis and incident response workflows.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security monitoring and event management.

Knowledge of scripting and automation to enhance SIEM capabilities.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
