Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software components.

Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce development.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high-quality software performance.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
