Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.

Strong experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Familiarity with Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report writer tools.

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing report performance to meet user expectations.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
