A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:- Proficiency in Pega Platform.
Good To Have Skills:- Experience with integration of Pega applications with other systems.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
