You will also be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that best practices are followed, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization. Strong understanding of legacy system integration and migration strategies. Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Ability to analyze and optimize system performance. Integrates AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance solution outcomes and productivity. Leverages AI agents and intelligent automation for process efficiency and scalability. Applies generative AI technologies across solution design and delivery The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
