Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to align with project goals.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with .NET Architecture.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software components.

Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
