Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance productivity and product quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.

In-depth understanding of database programming and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA.

Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Experience in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP ABAP applications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
