Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance software quality and team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications.

In-depth understanding of database concepts and integration techniques within SAP environments.

Ability to work with modern development tools and frameworks to support agile software delivery.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing software components to improve functionality and efficiency.

Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
