Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements with stakeholders.

Familiarity with agile development processes and iterative project management techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
