Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.

Experience in designing and developing custom components using modern frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and their application in project delivery.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software integration and performance.

Familiarity with software version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
