Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Conversational AI.

Experience in natural language processing techniques and dialogue management systems.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable conversational interfaces.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of AI services.

Competence in debugging and optimizing AI-driven applications.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Conversational AI.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
