Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.

Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application design principles.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within ServiceNow platform.

Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.


Qualification 15 years full time education
