Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize application performance and integration.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
