Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.




Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.




Professional & Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire.

Strong experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using TIBCO Spotfire.

Ability to integrate TIBCO Spotfire with various data sources and platforms.

Knowledge of scripting and automation within TIBCO Spotfire to enhance reporting capabilities.

Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Spotfire applications for performance and scalability.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Spotfire.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
