What You’ll DoAs an AI Engineer at LevelShift, you will:
Analyze business requirements and design scalable AI and enterprise solutions
Define end-to-end solution architecture and ensure scalability, flexibility, and performance
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver AI transformation initiatives
Support RFPs, technical proposals, effort estimation, and project planning
Drive AI governance, guardrails, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives
Mentor technical teams and promote best practices, reusable components, and coding standards
We’re looking for a technically strong and innovation-driven professional with:
Experience in AI Solution Architecture and enterprise application design
Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI and enterprise AI deployments
Strong understanding of AI governance, scalable architecture, and cloud technologies
Experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and technical documentation
Ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Work on cutting-edge AI and digital transformation projects
Collaborate with skilled and growth-driven teams
Build scalable enterprise AI solutions using modern technologies
