Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced District Project Lead to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in IT, with expertise in Web technologies, mobile technologies, and enterprise web design and development.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop user relationships through professional, dependable, and accurate interactions.
• Interact with multiple department stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle user interactions and problem-solving abilities to address mission-critical issues.
• Reach out and deliver application solutions to customers, including addressing issues beyond office hours.
• Travel to customer sites for high-profile issue resolution as needed.
• Relay functionality changes or software changes to department teams proactively and analyze/report necessary functional requests to DITs.

Job Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/EE or MCA with 6 years of IT experience.
• Any Graduate with 9 years of IT experience.
• Experience in QMS and SDLC process is required.
• Experience in Testing Methodologies is essential.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and track progress effectively.
• Openness to travel to customer sites for high-profile issue resolution.
