Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies and best practices relevant to the project. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
