Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within software applications.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality best practices.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
