Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Proficiency in Downstream Manufacturing.

Strong programming skills with experience in modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Downstream Manufacturing.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
