Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in software development.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain high system availability.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
