Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team efficiency and product quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within identity management systems.

Familiarity with integration techniques and API development to connect various enterprise applications.

Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of software solutions to meet business demands.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
