Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Benefits.

Strong understanding of Workday Benefits configuration and integration processes.

Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Benefits modules.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Benefits.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
