Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Pega Architecture.

Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Pega systems.

Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software components within complex application environments.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues to provide timely and effective resolutions.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative software engineering practices.

Competence in integrating Pega solutions with other enterprise systems and technologies.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Architecture.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
