Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.

Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements within the Workday environment.

Experience in designing and implementing custom integrations and extensions within Workday.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll systems.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
