Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Development.

Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce page development.

Familiarity with Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.

Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Knowledge of database management and query optimization within Salesforce environments.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
